Order Policy

Kigurumi Masks: Before choosing any services from Kirisame Factory, please read the following terms carefully. By using our services means you understand and agree to all the following terms: - Lead Time: Lead time is estimated and may vary based on various reasons (e.g. capacity, shipping delays). The lead time is provided on a best effort basis and should be used for reference only. - Order Delay: In cases of irresistible force (e.g. natural disaster) or significant specification change from the customer, the lead time may be correspondingly delayed. - Cancellation / Refund: After deposit but before model confirmation, order can be cancelled and refund can be offered with a 10% deduction for order processing. Due to the order made nature of the product, if you choose to cancel your order after order confirmation, no refunds will be offered, and you will authorize Kirisame Factory to process all existing materials, including but not limited to selling the goods publicly as one-off. - Balance Payment: Within 30 natural days after final product confirmation, the customer must pay the remaining amount. Otherwise, the order will be seen as cancelled and no refunds will be offered. - Damage on arrival: Repairs will be offered if the product is damaged on arrival. If such happens, please send protographic proof and the tracking number to customer service within 72 hours of package receipt. We will not accept inquiries after this timeframe. If possible, you should also get proof of damage from your delivery company to process your repair. - Product Exchange / Return: Since the final product's picture and specification will be confirmed by customer before shipping, we accept only exchange if it's damaged on arrival or we shipped an incorrect item. Returns are not accepted under any circumstances. - Intellectual Property Rights: Kirisame Factory only offers manufacturing upon customer's specification. If relevant to any copyrighted work, customers should have permission from copyright holders and/or following any relevant regulations (e.g. derivative work guidelines). We will not serve customers who are not complying with the aforementioned assumption and we hold no responsibility for any customer's action. - Commercial Use: Products are assumed for personal private use only, and the customer should ensure they have the correct permission if using the service and/or product for commercial occasions.

Shipping Policy

- Availability: We ship worldwide except countries / territories that are sanctioned or otherwise not available to ship from Hong Kong and Japan. - Shipping Fee: If you reside in Japan, shipping fees will be calculated at check out. If you reside overseas, shipping fees will be billed at cost and a separate quotation will be sent by email. - Logistics Company: We generally use Japan Post (Yu-Pack, EMS) for delivery. We may use other couriers depending on availability. We will tell you the company and tracking number via email as soon as we ship. - Delivery Time: You can check Japan Post's website for approximate delivery date. We ship from Tokyo, Japan. https://www.post.japanpost.jp/send/deli_days/index.html - Custom Inspections: If international shipping, there might be chances where goods will be inspected by your local customs and have tariffs applied to the shipment. Kirisame Factory only offer production service of original 3D models upon customer's specification. All products are assumed for personal private use only, and if relevant to any copyrighted work, assumed that customers have permission from copyright holders and/or are following any relevant regulations(e.g. derivative work guidelines). We will not serve customers who are not complying with the aforementioned assumption and we hold no responsibility for any customer's action.
